Terms & Conditions

Please note that equipment belongs to CaterBros Equipment
Supplier Pty Ltd until payment has been made in full.
Minimum of 50% deposit is required to commence with transaction.
Balance of deposit to be paid 3 working days before delivery.
If balance of deposit is not received within 120 days deposit will be forfeited
to recover costs incurred.
14-21 working days required for manufactured goods.
8-14 weeks on imported goods (Unless otherwise stated)
30-45 working days required for trailer manufacturing.
This period shall depend upon our existing commitments at the time of
receipt of order. While we shall make every effort to complete on or within
the above period, we record that delays may be incurred that are beyond
our control.
Price does not include delivery or installation and smalls unless
otherwise stated.
12-month WARRANTY on mechanical & refrigeration (See warranty
agreement)
6-month WARRANTY on electrical (See warranty agreement)
Collections/Delivery Policy
All collections/deliveries must be made within 14 days of purchasing the
product. All goods not collected/delivered within the 14-day period will
be charged a storage fee of 1% of the total price of the uncollected
products per day of non-collection after the 14-day period.
We will not be held liable for any damages due to transport (or third- party
transport)
